The RES (Registered Salesperson) Exam in Singapore is a computer-based exam administered by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). The RES Exam is one of the requirements for becoming a licensed real estate salesperson in Singapore.

The RES Exam covers a range of topics related to the real estate industry, including property law, ethics and professionalism, property transactions, and real estate market knowledge. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions and is designed to test the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry.

The format of the RES Exam is as follows:

Time Limit: 2 hours

Number of Questions: 60 multiple-choice questions

Pass Mark: 50% or higher

Exam Language: English

The RES Exam is held regularly by the CEA and is available at designated testing centers in Singapore. To become a licensed real estate salesperson in Singapore, candidates must pass the RES Exam, meet the minimum experience requirements, and be registered with the CEA.
